Barley and Cereal Blends

Coffee substitutes (in general made with barley, malt, rye and chicory) are natural products that do not contain caffeine and are therefore suitable for everyone, adults and children, in particular for those who wish to avoid the stimulant effect of coffee.
The most widely-used substitute for coffee is barley, today no-longer considered a simple low cost coffee substitute, but a product in its own right much appreciated due to its natural, wholesome good qualities as well as for its nutritional characteristics.
