Soya lecithin

Soya lecithin has a high content of polyunsaturated phospholipids useful for the organism in the case of alterations to the lipid metabolism and cholesterol. Polyunsaturated phospholipids help increase the beneficial lipoproteins in the blood (HDL) which reduce cholesterol levels.
